7am. We are hoping to move on today. Hasn't stopped raining for over 24hrs.
10am.Yep, that's not happening. Iluka road to highway is flooded at Esk River so we have moved but only to a slightly higher site across the road from where we were. We will have access to water and the boys have found a spot to plug 🔌 in to recharge the batteries.

Even the Roo has had enough of the rain.
Finally about 7 pm the rain eased and then stopped. Since 9am this morning this area has had 252mm of rain. The respite only lasted a couple of hours before it started raining again.
As it was a bit cooler tonight we tested out the new heater. Works very well and got turned off very quickly as I got too hot.
