Day 26. Goolma, NSW.

 Friday 11.3.22

The pub we stayed behind. The meals were very generous in size.
Today we're heading to Dunnedo, Gulgong and a destination unknown for the night.
Dunnedo-

Lovely hills this morning.

Lots of art around Dunnedo.

Wedge tail eagle.
Kookaburra.
Black Swan.

Just had to try a 'dogs eye'
Dunnedo 'dunnys' were out of action unfortunately. Apparently they talk to you and play music while you go about your business.

Colourful lolly shop

Gulgong-

All Hallows school.
The Fiddlers Hame.

Police have blocked the main street due to a shooting incident.

For some reason blogger's decided to put the next dozen of photos out of order 🤷‍♀️
After we explored what we could of Gulgong we came back to the cars to find a funeral about to happen.

The boys found a few specks of gold while Yvonne and I sat under a tree watching.

Old miners cottage.

We have found a campsite beside the Goolma Creek and Church. It's a little over grown but we're the only ones here.

Markie made us a good fire tonight 🔥.

Today we travelled 127kms and the weather was perfect.
