Day 2 Kingscliff, NSW

 Tuesday 15/2/2022.

We went for an early morning walk. Even though it started raining, we still managed to get an undulating 2.7kms in.

Felt strange not turning off at the Nerang exit to visit our daughter and her family but we waved 👋 as we went past.

It was exciting to cross the border into NSW. We will lose an hour with daylight savings.

We have a corner site at the Ingenia Holiday Park in Kingscliff. Fair bit of road noise and lots of permanents but there wasn't a lot of options. Our first choice was by the Tweed River but they were booked out. We travelled 296kms today, taking our total to 411. 

Went for an afternoon walk to check out the van park, only 1.2kms. Rained on and off most of the day. After the heat in Queensland it's nice to have cooler weather. Today's top temperature was 25°c.
