Day 34. Wentworth, NSW

 Saturday 19.3.22

I went for a solo walk this morning while the rest were still snoozing, nearly 3kms.

Went off on the bikes on a voyage of discovery. Rode on a levee bank, road, bush track and across a golf course.

Tower at the junction of the Darling and Murray Rivers.

Ducks were having a great time.
The line in the middle is the 2 different rivers meeting.

Grass track beside the Darling River.

Interesting story of the tap below.

Not sure who is on the right side of the gates.

After such a busy morning we had lunch in town. We've decided to stay another night in Wentworth and relaxed by the vans and had a very refreshing swim in the local pool.
We played Bocce after dinner until it got too dark to see the balls at about 8.30pm.

We have booked a morning cruise on a paddle boat in Mildura for Tuesday  and booked into a van park in the middle of the town so we can walk/ride around. First bit of real planning for this journey.
